The administration of Osun State University, UNIOSUN, Osogbo has declared arrangement to remove more than 4,000 understudies.
An announcement marked by the Acting Registrar, Gafar Shitu, on Sunday, said any understudy that neglected to pay the educational cost charges before the close of February 28, 2017 due date would never again be an understudy of the college.
The Vice-Chancellor of the college, Professor Labode Popoola prior told newsmen that understudies owed the college a build-up of school expenses to the tune of N2billion.
The Registrar said no less than 400 guardians and gatekeepers of the defaulting understudies have called the University helplines to report that they had long offered cash to their kids to pay school charges.
"Understudies who can't get together with the due date and don't need their studentship ended may apply in keeping in touch with the school experts to give them time away for the present semester with a sworn affirmation, vowing to make installment before resumption from the time away.
"The Management of UNIOSUN would no longer endure non-adherence to the due dates for installment and course enlistment as contained in the University schedule and understudies handbook.
